Ø146mm double inlet centrifugal EC fan from ECOFIT
ECOFIT extends its range of double
inlet centrifugal double inlet fans, with the addition
of a new model including the new EC Technology motor
designated GDRD7 146x188R.
EC fans advantages are numerous:
low running costs, speed control, ease of control, high
efficiency and long life expectancy. The centrifugal
fans main advantage is to obtain a « constant pressure »
or a « constant airflow » control without sensor.
Equipped with a 92mm diameter
external rotor motor, a galvanized steel impeller of
146mm diameter and a steel black painted scroll, this
fan offers higher efficiency thanks to the EC motor.
This fan delivers up to 870 m3/h,
with static pressure up to 552 Pa and a maximum noise
level as low as 59 dB (A). As option, a constant airflow
or a constant pressure logic can be developed.
The EC motor is designed to be
powered by 230V 50/60Hz, the electronic is fully
integrated inside the motor casing. It is equipped of
ball bearings, and balanced in class G2.5. Its winding
is class F. Standard versions are designed to operate
from -20°C to +50°C temperature range, and give an IP44
protection.
This EC fan is easy to control
with a 0-10VDC voltage or a PWM signal. A 10VDC output
is integrated inside the electronic for fan control.
Furthermore, a tachometric output is available which can
be also used as an alarm relay (optional).
