New EC backward curved fans range from ECOFIT
ECOFIT
extends its range of backward curved fans, with the
combination of a new EC technology motor. EC fans
advantages are numerous: low running costs, speed
control, ease of control, high efficiency and long life
expectancy.
Equipped
with a 92mm diameter external rotor motor and associated
to 192, 220 and
225mm diameter impeller, these fans
offer higher efficiency thanks to the EC motor and to
optimised impellers' design. These motorized impellers
are well adapted for free air operation but can also be
installed in circular, rectangular or scroll shaped
housings.
They
deliver up to 645 m3/h (RRED7 192x40R P/N: E36-A2) and
1270 m3/h (RRED7 225x63R P/N: E36-A4), with static
pressure up to 750 Pa. As option, a constant airflow
logic or a constant pressure with sensor can be
developed.
The EC
motor is designed to be powered by 230V 50/60Hz. The
electronic is fully integrated inside the motor casing.
EC fans are easy to control with a 0-10VDC voltage or
PWM signal. A 10VDC output is integrated inside the
electronic for fan control. Furthermore, a tachometric
output is available which can be also used as an alarm
relay (optional).
It is
equipped of ball bearings, and balanced in class G2.5.
Its winding is class F. Standard versions are designed
to operate from -20°C to +50°C temperature range, and
give an IP44 protection.
